The beautiful Rainier Auditorium is a first-class, high-tech meeting room providing comfortable classroom-seating for up to 90 people (tables and chairs), 120 with chairs only, and a total room capacity of 150 people. Your training presentation will make maximum impact with the well-equipped environment that the Rainier Auditorium provides. It features 4 television monitors with central VCR and DVD players, as well as cable television. This room comes equipped with a built-in LCD projector and screen, microphone/P.A. system, which are all controlled from a speaking podium located in the front of the room. Additionally, the Rainier Auditorium is fitted with cork strips around the walls in order to tack up poster papers, visual aids, etc.

The Rainier Auditorium features a 15 foot serving counter to set up food, hand-outs or other resources to support your classroom event. The room is climate controlled to assure comfort in a variety of situations. Additionally, the lighting in the auditorium is adjustable in order to suit the tone of your presentation. This spacious auditorium also features a built in TV Studio and 3 state-of-the-art, wall-mounted cameras to enable you to video tape your event. Please contact the NWRTC staff to make special arrangements to record your event.

This room may be scheduled for hourly, partial day, or full day usage between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Sundays. There is a minimum rental of 2 hours on weekdays, and 5 hours on Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays. Rental time includes time required for set up and take down.
