ACLS Provider
During this course, the student will learn by observing, discussing, and doing. The ACLS Provider Course employs case-based teaching. Ten core cases are utilized as examples for teaching the systematic ACLS approach, advanced ACLS skills, and other ACLS course goals. ACLS faculty teach this course at NWRTC and are highly qualified, bringing their career experience to the classroom. Students completing this course receive a completion card valid for 2 years.
Prerequisites: This course is for the advanced healthcare provider. A textbook is required for this course. Title: American Heart Association ACLS Provider Manual. Please read the manual and complete the pre-test prior to the class. Manuals are not provided but are available for purchase at NWRTC. Call if you have any questions.
