Basic CPR
The Basic CPR course is a modular program that teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies. This class focuses on the adult, child and infant patient and the AED. Modules include the Chain of Survival, signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest and stroke, the ABCs of CPR, rescue breathing techniques for choking patients, and injury prevention. Upon successful completion of this course, students receive a course completion card valid for two (2) years.
