David Anderson
David is the EMS Programs Director for the Northwest Regional Training Center. He has been active in EMS for over 15 years, and has worked as a paramedic in hospitals and pre-hospital emergency care. His credentials include an Associates of Arts degree from Mt. Hood Community College, a Bachelors of Science degree from Concordia University, and extensive work experience at the Level 1 Trauma Center of Oregon Health and Sciences University as well as American Medical Response in Portland, Oregon. David has been in the field of education for 8 years.

Riza Russum
Riza is Fire District 5's Administrative Services Analyst. She is responsible for the Training Center's cash management functions, which includes receipts and disbursements.

Cindy Simukka
Cindy had been with the Northwest Regional Training Center since 2002, and currently serves as the Health and Safety Programs Coordinator. As such, she is responsible for scheduling and arranging of all Health and Safety classes. In addition to these responsibilities, Cindy is also a county, state and nationally recognized exam proctor and oversees the NWRTC EMS exam schedule.
