David serves as the Assistant Director of the Paramedic Education Program of the Northwest Regional Training Center. He has been active in EMS for over 15 years, and has worked as a paramedic in hospitals and pre-hospital emergency care. His credentials include an Associates of Arts degree from Mt. Hood Community College, a Bachelors of Science degree from Concordia University, and extensive work experience at the Level 1 Trauma Center of Oregon Health and Sciences University as well as American Medical Response in Portland, Oregon. David has been in the field of education for 8 years.

Riza is Fire District 5's Administrative Services Analyst. She is responsible for the Training Center's cash management functions, which includes receipts and disbursements.
