Dave is the Fire Marshal for Clark County Fire District 5 and the Director of Occupational Health and Safety for the Training Center. He has over 25 years experience in injury prevention and emergency response. Formerly, Dave was a Team Leader for the Vancouver Fire Department Hazardous Materials Response Team, and Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Vancouver. He currently directs public education, public information for the Fire District, and occupational health and safety offerings for the Training Center.

Cindy had been with the Northwest Regional Training Center since 2002, and currently serves as the Health and Safety Programs Coordinator. As such, she is responsible for scheduling and arranging of all Health and Safety classes. In addition to these responsibilities, Cindy is also a county, state and nationally recognized exam proctor and oversees the NWRTC EMS exam schedule.

Riza is Fire District 5's Administrative Services Analyst. She is responsible for the Training Center's cash management functions, which includes receipts and disbursements.
