This class teaches students the proper use of respiratory equipment and situations when respiratory protection is required. Anyone who uses this type of equipment in the course of his or her work is recommended to attend. Hazards such as smoke, vapors, fumes, dust and others are discussed. This class teaches proper ventilation techniques and WISHA requirements outlined in WAC 296-62 Part E.
